Close Loop HPS (Heavy Particle Separator)

HPS is located immediately after the DCC(C) where it has successfully demonstrated the removal of undesired materials from the conditioned product stream. Tobacco collected from a vibratory conveyor is dropped into the HPS via transfer conveyor. The heavy particles in the tobacco fall to the ground by the help of a vortex separator whilst the others are taken out using tangential separator, and the process goes on.
