Double head Filling Station

The lamina packing line is designed for filling and packing of C48 boxes and/or BINs. Shuttle & Reversible Conveyor transfers tobacco to the first and second Filling & Compacting Stations installed at both ends of the conveyor with its shuttle structure and reversible operating mechanism.
• C48 box / BIN is filled up to a pre-defined value at the first filling and compacting station.
• The rest of C48 / BIN is filled at the final filling and compacting station. The filled tobacco is pressed with the pneumatic press system.
• The cut filler is pressed with pneumatic presses at the both first and second filling & compacting stations.
